Snowboarding Bindings

okay so i bought Technine Snowboard Bindings and they are a peice of crap rode 1 run on them and my toestrap is like broke it wont stay they are frayed everywhere stitching came off ann now stuff is hanging out and i have the athletic pro red/white bindings has anyone had this problem i emailed them do you think they will give me my money back its under one year warranty bought august 2008 shreede today 11/9/08

if they are under warranty, they should fix or replace them. There is probably a procedure for submitting warranty claims on their website. I lost a part on my union bindings last year. I called the shop where I bought them, and they contacted their rep and Union shipped me the part, no cost. So if you can’t get a hold of anyone at technine, call the shop where you bought them. They may be able to help you directly, or else they can contact technine for you.
