I’m looking for a new pair of snowboarding bindings this year. What should I get?

Posted on September 1st, 2009 by admin

I don’t like a huge highback on my bindings. I ride park and i also like to freerun a lot. What binding should be best for me?

for freestyle, I’d look at Rome 390s or Union Contacts. I ride Union Forces.

Flow bindings are my favorite. They are super easy to enter and exit. No cranking your straps every time you get off the lift, just step in, flip up the back, and lock it in.

option toe cup…that is all i have to say. i bought the toe cup when tech nine came out with it the first time and i havnt looked back. i have forum bindings now with a toe cup option and i love them best bindings i ever owned.

    Burton Cartel.

    Best binding i ever used.

They are highly customizable. This toe cap series also comes in a shorter highback option. toe cap means less pressure on your foot. There is a gel pad on the ankle strap which is very cool. They also come with the base plate for non burton boards.

i gotta go with mikey’s union forces on this one i got union CMYK’s this year and there just a custom version of the union forces and they’re the best binding ive ever ridden. i talked to scott stevens whos sponsored by union and he says the contacts are great but a little more flimsy then the forces.
