ok.. if your looking for top of the line bindings i recommend burtons(pricey though 200-500$ i think) and then if your looking for average i suggest LTD’s, Lamars or K2’s..i would suggest looking at dicks sporting good, all the 07′ boards, boots and bindings that weren’t sold are priced amazingly well (burton boards starting at 150$!)

I would go with Ride bindings. They are light weigh, and they aren’t as pricy as Burtons. The EX’s aren’t their best bindings, but I had a pair a couple of years back and the lasted 4 years of riding 4 days a week. And they only cost $150. You can upgrade to the Betas, they cost about $250, but you can find last years models online for $150. I wouldn’t go with Lamar or LTD’s, they are a brand for beginners.

I would definitely go with Burtons. I have had some others but the bindings that i have always like the best are Burtons. Some people don’t agree with me but i thought that my/the "customs" were a very nice pair. They are very good for riding the t park or just free. If you buy an older model they will not be that expensive.
Although one kind of bindings i have never gotten the chance to try are Flows. These i know are much more time efficient but i do not know a lot about.

Burton ‘missions’ are pretty much bomb proof. Good all round, and you can pick up last years for a great price. See this review:

Medium size would be good for you.

The best bindings are the Burton Cartels. They have a really good response and they also have the cap straps which i find very good. It also has a high back which helps with the response. Its also very adjustable so you can adjust it to however you like.

If you dont want the Cartels, try looking into the Burton Mission bindings. They have a very good freestyle rating and are pretty good bindings.
