How do you know that I didn’t call? I send a message over official web site and didn’t get any answer.
About distributor I bought my bindings at: They said they will replace defective parts of the binding… But what can i say.. i don’t want them. I nearly heart a small boy while the binding break.

The problem is not that i hate flows. If i hate them i wouldn’t have buy them and those were my 2nd.
I bought the most expensive ones to be sure they’ll be hard to break… I decided to make a movie because flow custommer support didn’t even answer my e-mail… (Sorry for my english)

I Have seen this happen to a set of expensive Burton bindings to. So how many people have broke bindings and never made a video about it. I am sure its a large number, but people just want to hate Flows.

I have 90 days on my NXTs, they show no signs of wear. I dialed them in once and have been enjoying them ever since. My skiing friends love them more than me

my flows lasted me …
my flows lasted me the entire season last year. Really, really being abused. They still look new. Hope they make it a few more seasons.

It’s just like a helmet. If you expect it to completely protect you from every foreseeable incident then you have another thing coming. They aren’t indestructible.

I cant believe you would put so much time and effort into trying to deface and give a bad name to such an innovative and unique company as Flow. Why didn’t you call Flow and claim your warranty before trying to give them a bad rep?!? I LOVE my NXT’s and recommend flow to everyone.
