Try rubbing some toothpaste on it. Then rub it off with a soft cloth, like the ones used to clean glasses.
References :
You could try rubbing them with toothpaste. Sounds crazy, but toothpaste is a mild abrasive, like cutting compound, and it will polish out superficial scratches.

Disclaimer: I have never done this on goggles, but it works on scratched watch faces.
References :
I saw an adverisement for scratched glasses, the product looked like a clear liquid and it was supposed to fix scratches in glasses and sun glasses, I think it would work for goggles. Try calling a few places that sell glasses and ask about it.
