if they are under warranty, they should fix or replace them. There is probably a procedure for submitting warranty claims on their website. I lost a part on my union bindings last year. I called the shop where I bought them, and they contacted their rep and Union shipped me the part, no cost. So if you can't get a hold of anyone at technine, call the shop where you bought them. They may be able to help you directly, or else they can contact technine for you.
References :
Some companies are really good at replacing things if you send it in. Like i rode a board from technine and it turned to noodles in about a week so i sent it in and they have be a brand new pair. Try sending it in and im pretty sure they will do somthing about it.
